Scholarship Programme
Committment
The Conference Organisers were committed to making the Conference accessible to scientists and clinicians from developing countries and to young scientists (e.g. doctoral students and post-doctoral fellows) and young clinicians globally. Scholarships were full (include registration, air travel, accommodation and a small living allowance) or partial (a combination of the above). The selection criteria for the Scholarship Programme were determined by the Scholarship Working Group.
Our target was to allocate at least US$ 450,000 to the Scholarship Programme. Both full and partial scholarships were offered.
