| | ANRS/IAS - Prize
The International AIDS Society and ANRS are pleased to announce a new award for Young Researchers. Its purpose is to support young people working in the area of research programmes that contribute to scale-up of prevention and treatment interventions in resource limited settings.
The three awards of US$ 3000 each will be presented at both future IAS Conferences on HIV Pathogenesis and Treatment and International AIDS Conferences and will cover Basic, Clinical and Social Sciences.
This new award has been developed as a result of ANRS donating its share of surplus from the 2nd IAS Conference on HIV Pathogenesis and Treatment, held in Paris in 2003. The Award Ceremony will take place at the beginning of the plenary session. |
