What is the registration fee?
The registration fee for regular Delegates, payable before February 10 2005, is USD 550/250 (OECD/Non OECD country).
Payments after this date attract higher fees.

How do I obtain an official Letter of Invitation?
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the Conference should contact the Local Host Secretariat.
An official letter of invitation can only be sent out AFTER the registration fee is paid.
The Conference bears no financial obligation for any expenses connected with the Invitation Letter. Expenses
incurred are the sole responsibility of the Delegate.
How do I get information regarding hotel accommodations?
A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in Rio de Janeiro at preferential rates for the Conference. The hotels have been placed into five categories, based on price range and standard. Each category has a minimum and a maximum rate based on single/double occupancy. Please use the online registration for hotel reservations during the Conference.
Confirmation will only be sent upon receipt of payment of the deposit.
